North Kansas City Hospital offers a wide range of rehabilitation programs to treat various issues, including stroke recovery, cancer treatment side effects, joint replacement, swallowing disorders and much more. With three convenient locations and flexible scheduling, we make it easier to work therapy into your full life.
For more consistent, comfortable care, you'll work with the same therapist one on one throughout your rehabilitation. You also have the option of a private treatment room for your therapy in addition to an open gym setting.
To maximize your results, we focus on outcomes-based care and evidence-based guidelines.
Getting Started
Our occupational and speech therapy programs require a physician’s referral. After you’ve seen your doctor and received a referral, please call 816.691.1795 to schedule your first visit. Or, schedule online for a physical therapy consultation.
What to Bring
On your first visit, you will need:
- Your insurance cards
- A picture ID
- A list of your current medications (form provided below)
