Inpatient Rehab
Inpatient Rehabilitation
When you’re in the hospital for a short time recovering from surgery, an injury or illness, physical therapy, occupational therapy and/or speech-language therapy may be a part of your treatment plan.
Through inpatient rehabilitation, our therapists work closely with other members of your care team to determine which rehabilitative programs or therapies will best help you increase your strength, mobility and function to get you to the next level of care safely.
Our goal is help you return to your fullest potential in functions and abilities.
If you have experienced a serious loss in function that affects your ability to care for yourself, our Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU) located within our hospital may be an option. While in the ARU, you will participate in physical, occupational and/or speech therapy at least five days a week to help you regain your independence.
