Feeling stressed, angry or anxious? Head to the great outdoors. A new study has found that a five-minute walk can work wonders for your mood.

The more natural the environment the better, according to researchers at the University of Essex in the United Kindgom, who found that humans tend to respond more positively to the sights and sounds of nature (think trees, lakes and birds).
