Guest Services Team

Our Guest Services team wants to make your stay as comfortable as possible. To receive assistance, call Guest Services Monday-Friday, 7 a.m.-6 p.m., at 816.691.1649 (ext. 11649). If you call after-hours or on the weekend, please leave a message and Guest Services will make your request a priority at 7 a.m. on the next business day.

  • Birthday greetings
  • Reading glasses (limited to stock on hand)
  • Charging cell phones
  • Locating interpreter services
  • Playing cards, crossword puzzles, word search and other puzzle games
  • Processing lost and found items
