During overhaul and preventative maintenance of the various utility systems within the campus office buildings, it is at times necessary to interrupt service to your suite or conduct a fire drill. In order to let you know in a timely manner when these services will be scheduled, we have set up a group email address system for each building’s tenants.
In emergency situations, you would be notified by phone, via an Everbridge page, or by a hospital staff member.
Please complete the following information so that we may update our records and add your suite to the correct notification group. We request emergency contact information for two people per suite. As this information may be used in an emergency situation, please ensure that they are able to receive information 24/7.
