It's not the most glamourous topic, but your poop can reveal a lot about your health. What, exactly, is poop? It's everything produced and discarded by your intestines, which could be undigested food, bacteria, proteins and salts.
When it comes to your health, it's all about consistency and color.
Constipation, diarrhea and even off-color poop every now and then are normal. But, if they last for more than a few days, call your doctor. If you see blood in your poop, call your doctor immediately.
