You don’t need a stationary bike, treadmill, hand weights or any other equipment to get a gym-quality workout at home. A 30-minute, full-body routine that includes a warmup, cardio, strength and flexibility training, and a cooldown is all it takes.
Stream a video or build your own routine around basic moves like the ones above.
If you’re just getting started
Choose a few exercises, and aim for four sets of 8-16 repetitions, with a 30-second rest between each set.
If you’re a workout pro
Add a few more moves and bump your reps up to at least 20, with a 30-second rest between each set.
Bonus: With the warmer weather, take your routine outside for a change of scenery. Of course, walking, jogging or running are always good options. Just keep practicing those social distancing skills.
