Did you have an exceptional experience with Meritas Health? Let us know by completing a WOW form. It's quick and simple, and we'll be sure to share your comments with our team members.
You can expect coordinated care focused on your entire well-being. That’s because we’re a Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) provider. We follow best practices to connect you to care across the North Kansas City Hospital health system — with your primary care provider as your partner and guide.
Nursing Home Resident Care
Your family member who lives in a nursing home may receive care from our providers — such as our board-certified geriatrician. If you have questions about your loved one’s care, call the nursing facility. Ask for the daytime charge nurse on your family member’s unit. We’ll try to return your call during our next scheduled visit to the nursing home. For urgent questions, call us during office hours.
Spanish-Speaking Physician
If you or someone you know speaks mostly Spanish, you’ll appreciate our bilingual family doctor, Omar Villanueva, DO.

- Through your pharmacy or mail-order service - Call your pharmacy or mail-order service for refills, and they will contact us for approval.
For any refills, be sure to request them several days before you run out of medication. We respond to refill requests during business hours, so it’s helpful to plan ahead.
