Convenient, nonurgent care just got even more convenient. From the comfort of your home, you can visit virtually with a nurse practitioner. Certain healthcare needs may require an in-person visit. 

 Get virtual care for minor illnesses and injuries such as:  

  • Acid reflux
  • Allergy symptoms, such as hay fever
  • Colds
  • Minor cuts, scrapes, bumps
  • Pink eye
  • Skin conditions, cold sores, insect bites

Virtual visits are available Mon.-Fri., 8 a.m.-8 p.m. and Sat.-Sun., 8 a.m.- 
5 p.m. (closed Thanksgiving and Christmas)

Before Your Virtual Visit

  1. Evaluate the care you need. Start by considering whether you need nonurgent care or immediate medical treatment. Many nonurgent medical needs can be handled via virtual care, but it’s critical to seek emergency treatment for serious, life-threatening health concerns.
  2. What you'll need:
  • A device that connects to the internet and has a camera and microphone (smartphone, tablet or desktop/laptop computer)
  • Your driver’s license
  • Insurance information

During Your Virtual Visit

  1. A staff member will check you in, and ask you to complete new or existing patient paperwork and provide insurance and billing details
  2. After you’re checked in, you’ll return to the virtual waiting room
  3. Your virtual visit will begin when a provider becomes available
