Illnesses and injuries don’t always happen during standard business hours. For non-urgent, convenient care, turn to our Meritas Health Express clinic. Located in the Hy-Vee on 64^th Street, the clinic offers care when you need it most — even on evenings and weekends. 

Appointments

This clinic does not accept walk-ins. We encourage you to make an appointment. Our appointment slots are every 20 minutes and same-day times are usually available. We will reschedule patients who are more than five minutes late in order to stay on schedule.

Adult & Pediatric Convenient Care Provider Network

Rely on excellent care from the largest network of doctors and advanced practitioners north of the Missouri River. At Meritas Health Express, you’ll work directly with experienced nurse practitioners who care for adults and children 2 years and older.

When you’re a part of our health network, our electronic medical records give you and your provider fast and easy access to your health information at any of our NKCH or MH offices. Your primary care doctor also can view details from your convenient care visit. If you don’t have a primary care doctor, ask us to recommend a provider with an office close to your home or workplace.
