At the end of your visit, a comprehensive report detailing the results of your diagnostic tests and examination is shared with your primary care physician. We will coordinate any necessary follow-up visits with our Meritas Health physicians. We will help set up myhealth, our patient portal, where you will have access to your results.
What to Expect
Two Weeks Out
You will receive reminder emails from the Executive Wellness team for your virtual visit and lab draws. You will have a pre-evaluation virtual visit with a registered nurse and selected physician to obtain information before the actual visit. This enables a better use of your time at the clinic.

Follow Up Care
Your care doesn't end after the single-day visit. Following your diagnostic tests and examination, a thorough report is provided to your primary care physician. Through our concierge medicine program, you're entitled to seamless coordination of care. We'll arrange any required follow-up appointments with our Meritas Health physicians. Additionally, we'll reach back out when it's time for your annual executive physical.
