Student Volunteer Form

This application is for students in high school (ages 16 and up) and college. Volunteer opportunities are in various departments in the hospital including Pain Management, Cardiac Rehab, Central Services, Children’s Learning Center, Emergency Department, Nursing Units, Print Shop, Pharmacy and other areas. Placement is based on availability, interest, and age.

This is not a paid position. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Application Deadlines

Spring 2025

• Information Night (Zoom): Thursday, January 16
• Orientation: Wednesday, January 22, or Thursday, January 30 (attend one)
• Program: Week of February 10  through week of April 20

Summer 2025

• Information Night (Zoom): Thursday, May 8
• Orientation: Wednesday, May 14, or Thursday, May 22 (attend one)
• Program: Week of June 2 through week of August 10
