Aug. 20, 2014, marks the 20th anniversary of North Kansas City Hospital Home Health Services. Care is provided to patients in Clay, Platte, Jackson and Ray counties and helps to prevent patients from experiencing unnecessary re-admissions to the hospital. Registered nurses are on-call everyday to provide care, including weekends.
