North Kansas City Hospital and Meritas Health providers are among the latest recipients of Reputation.com 800 Awards. This award validates how the organization is driven by the voice of the customer to succeed by putting the customer experience at the core of its strategy.

Reputation’s 800 Award is based on the analysis of millions of online reviews and ratings from a variety of sources, including Facebook, Google, Yelp and others. Providers with higher Reputation scores stand out in search results and online reviews. A score of 800 or higher is very good.
