Appointments
This clinic does not accept walk-ins. You will need to make an appointment. Our appointment slots are every 20 minutes and same-day times are usually available. We will reschedule patients who are more than five minutes late in order to stay on schedule.
Services
Get prompt care from our nurse practitioners for health and medical conditions that affect adults and children 2 years and older.
Services include:
- Care for minor illnesses, such as colds and flu
- Care for minor injuries, scrapes and skin conditions (Note: stitches require Emergency Care)
- Monitoring of chronic conditions such as asthma, allergies, diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol
- Vaccinations for ages 11 and older
- Wellness screenings and physical exams
Convenient Care Hours
We're open:
- Monday-Friday from 8 a.m.-8 p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Closed: Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas day.
The clinic is open from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. on these holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Mother’s Day
- Memorial Day
- Father’s Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Christmas Eve -(closed at 4 p.m.)
