When I'm not working, I love spending time outdoors, whether that is hiking or kayaking, improving my culinary skills or spending time with my family and friends.

I strive to show respect and treat each of my patients with compassion and without judgment. By asking my patients about their outlooks, attitudes and motivations, I learn about their perspectives.

Area of Interest

I provide care across the lifespan and have a special interest in wellness and managing patients with chronic conditions through evidenced-based practice guidelines along with health promotion and prevention of disease states.
