MH Providers Remain Among Nation’s Elite for Consumer Satisfaction
February 11, 2025
For the third consecutive year, Meritas Health, the subsidiary network of North Kansas City Hospital, was recognized with the 800 Award by online review and customer sentiment monitoring company Reputation. The annual award highlights providers who go above and beyond to deliver quality patient care and respond to consumer feedback.

In 2025, Reputation introduced the 900 Award in recognition of providers or locations with a score of 900 or higher on their customer satisfaction rating. Ian Rosbrugh, MD, with Meritas Health Urogynecology, is MH’s first 900 Award winner and one of 2,446 providers in the United States and 232 in Europe to receive the award. Only .8% of all Reputation providers or locations globally have a score of 900 or more. This means Dr. Rosbrugh has a higher Reputation score than 99.2% of all providers or locations.
“We take pride in the fact that 80% of our Meritas Health network providers are recognized for achieving a Reputation score of at least 800 for delivering superior consumer satisfaction,” said Rick Green, senior vice president of MH. “The positive reviews from their patients truly reflect their dedication. Our core values of compassion, respect, quality and accountability shine through in the exceptional care they provide every day.”
This also marks the third year for an increase in the number of MH providers reaching or exceeding the 800 benchmark. In 2024, 161 providers received an 800 Award, exceeding the previous year’s mark of 139 providers. In 2022, the first year the health system partnered with Reputation, only 34 providers scored 800 or more.
A reputation score works much like a credit score. It aggregates online sentiment in several categories across different channels of feedback. The full list of 800 and 900 Award winners was announced February 4 and may be found online at reputation.com/800-award-winners.
Overall, the health system boasts an average online rating of 4.8 stars and 9,813 reviews submitted. Of these reviews, 95% are positive. All health system locations have at least a 4.0-star rating, which illustrates the high volume of positive patient interactions.
