Rebecca R. Wayman, M.D.

I am a native of Southern Illinois, but I have proudly called Kansas City home for the last 16 years. I have been happily married for 14 years, and my husband and I share a busy, joy-filled life with our four children and two dogs.

Outside of medicine I enjoy staying active with a newfound passion for triathlon, and I am proud to be nearing 500 classes at my local Pure Barre studio. I have been learning French for a few years now but this is still a work in progress!

I also enjoy musical theater and the ballet, but I spend the majority of my free time transporting my children to their various activities and sports practices.

Together, we can achieve optimal health outcomes while honoring the unique journey of every person I have the privilege to care for.

Area of Interest

My interests include minimally invasive gynecologic surgery (DaVinci Robotics and VNOTES), low and high risk obstetrics, abnormal uterine bleeding, uterine myomas (fibroids), full scope gynecologic care, menopause care, VBAC.
