About Me

I have lived both internationally and across the U.S. I am eager to plant my roots in Kansas City to be closer to my family, with whom I enjoy spending time with when I am not solving cardiac puzzles. I prioritize a healthy lifestyle and am dedicated to advocating for it with every patient I am privileged to serve. As I explore the city, I find comfort in nature and appreciate the warmth of the welcoming community.

Care Philosophy

Having experienced the loss of my father due to a sudden cardiac arrest, I have dedicated my life to prevent and treat life threatening arrythmias. I understand firsthand how deeply personal and challenging these health issues can be. That’s why I make it a priority to offer my patients not only the best evidence-based practices but also compassionately listen to their concerns. I am committed to thoroughly explaining their medical conditions and discussing treatment options, so they feel empowered to make informed decisions about their health. By integrating the latest advancements in electrophysiology, I aim to provide the most current and effective care available. My ultimate goal is to ensure that every patient receives the highest level of support and understanding throughout their treatment journey.

Area of Interest

My primary areas of interest include the comprehensive management of atrial fibrillation and ventricular tachycardia. To treat patients suffering from atrial fibrillation, I employ a range of advanced techniques, including cryoablation, radiofrequency ablation, and pulse field ablation, all aimed at restoring normal sinus rhythm. In addition, I am adept at treating ventricular tachycardia using the latest procedures to enhance patient outcomes. My expertise also extends to the implantation of various cardiac devices, such as pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs), and left atrial appendage closure devices like the Watchman and Amulet. This combination of skills allows me to offer a holistic approach to cardiac care.
