Laura P. Wolfe, M.D.

I grew up in Junction City, KS, and moved to Kansas City for medical school. I met my husband while in medical school. We always knew we wanted to live in the Northland and raise our family here. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my two kids and dogs. As a family we love to play pickleball, put together LEGO sets and watch the KC Chiefs. I also enjoy reading a good mystery or thriller.

I view the doctor-patient relationship as a partnership, where open communication and mutual trust are the foundation for the best possible outcomes. With a focus on education, I strive to empower my patients by ensuring they fully understand their options, from routine gynecological exams to complex reproductive health concerns. I am committed to delivering care that is respectful, inclusive, and tailored to each patient’s individual needs, always prioritizing their physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Whether it’s during pregnancy, adolescence, or menopause, I am dedicated to guiding my patients through every stage of life with confidence, care, and compassion.

Area of Interest

I have a special interest in women’s health across all stages of life. Areas of interest include prenatal and postnatal care, high-risk pregnancies, minimally invasive surgery, reproductive health, contraception counseling, menstrual disorders and menopause management.
