About Me

Biography

Dr. Rosbrugh, a California-convert, completed his undergraduate training at Westmont College, Santa Barbara, with a bachelor of science in chemistry and biology. He received his medical training at the Loma Linda University School of Medicine. Then, having been lured to the Midwest by his wife, the other Dr. Rosbrugh in the family, he completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Kansas, where he was voted outstanding resident of the year numerous times and received special recognition from the hospital as one of the best residents in the hospital. He also received awards for his research in female incontinence.

Dr. Rosbrugh has two active young boys that keep him busy. He also enjoys running, cycling, golf, automotive restoration, traveling and has been known to make a few trips involving March Madness (who wouldn’t?).

Care Philosophy

For Dr. Rosbrugh, it is fundamentally important to try and engage patients where they are at -- to truly see how a person's medical problem impacts his or her life. In doing so, he feels he can better understand their goals for treatment and then try to tailor treatment to meet their goals. In this way, patients can feel they are being listened to, understand their disease process better and are more invested in their treatment and recovery.

Area of Interest

Dr. Rosbrugh has a special interest in urogynecology, which includes urinary and fecal incontinence, interstitial cystitis/bladder pain syndrome, pelvic pain, recurrent urinary or pelvic infections, pelvic organ prolapse and vaginal fistulas. He also provides minimally invasive surgery, including robotic procedures; neuromodulation treatment, both as a surgical or outpatient procedure; and use of Botox for management of various types of urinary and/or fecal incontinence.
