MH Providers Continue to Rank Among the Nation's Best for Consumer Satisfaction

Meritas Health, the subsidiary network of North Kansas City Hospital, has been recognized again by online review and customer sentiment monitoring company Reputation. The annual 800 Award highlights those providers who go above and beyond to deliver quality patient care and respond to consumer feedback. MH totaled 137 providers among this year’s recipients.
“We are proud that 73% of our Meritas Health network providers are recognized for superior consumer satisfaction,” said Rick Green, senior vice president of MH. “The reviews from their patients speak volumes. The 800 Award acknowledges healthcare providers who received exceptional online patient reviews over the past year. Reputation analyzes ratings from Facebook, Healthgrades, Google and other platforms to assign a “Reputation Score.”
A provider’s Reputation Score measures the recency, response, sentiment and volume of online reviews. It also measures brand health, business listing accuracy and search impressions.
