Christopher Harlan, D.O.

Biography

My roots in the Northland run deep, starting with when I moved here at 16 years old. It is here where I met my wonderful wife, have always worked and completed my medical training. My interests outside of work vary widely and continue to grow as I age. I love being a husband and father to our children. My wife and I are avid gardeners and enjoy eating out. As a family, we bicycle, play music, practice photography, camp, explore nature, and build and fix just about anything. We have two dogs (Kevin and Asha) and two cats (Pablo and Abraham).

Care Philosophy

I want to give my patients options, so they can make informed decisions about their healthcare.

Area of Interest

I am not from a family of healthcare providers, but a mentor inspired me to become a doctor. I chose family medicine for the long-term relationships I can have with my patients. By listening to my patients, I gain a deeper understanding of the guidance they may seek. I provide a full spectrum of medical care throughout the lifespan, including management of acute and chronic illnesses, as well as preventive care. I especially understand when my patients have urgent issues and endeavor to be available in their times of need.
