About Us

We are a large physician group of twelve (12) nephrologists and eight (8) nurse practitioners that are seeking to add another nephrologist in 2023/2024. Our practice is set up to cover three regions – north, south and west. Each region has a core group of physicians and NP’s to cover several dialysis centers to minimize driving. This position will cover two hospitals within a distance of twelve miles of each other. A couple of the dialysis centers are in a rural setting, but the others are in close proximity. Call coverage is 1:5. We are one of the largest nephrology practices in the area with a significant CKD population and very robust ESRD patient base. Additionally, two of our nephrologists provide interventional nephrology services. We offer a stable and enjoyable working environment with a supportive medical and office staff.

We offer an above market salary guarantee with excellent benefits and partnership track. Partners enjoy a productivity based salary, flexible scheduling, medical directorship and investment opportunities. Interested physicians should be BC/BE in internal medicine and nephrology, have a current Kansas and Missouri medical license or able to obtain one, enjoy working with a team, are personable and approachable, as well as compassionate.
