Occupational Medicine


Meritas Health Occupational Medicine is actively seeking a board certified, fellowship-trained Occupational Medicine physician to join a well-established, hospital-employed group in the Kansas City (Missouri) Northland. We have three clinic locations.

An ideal candidate will be board certified/board eligible and will join a group of physicians and advanced practice providers treating work-related injuries Monday – Friday 8am-5pm. No call. Onsite imaging, as well as rehabilitation with physical therapy and occupational therapy.

After-hours care is provided through North Kansas City Hospital emergency department with seamless ER follow-up and orthopedic/ophthalmology/neurology referrals. Excellent employer relationships with Kansas City fire and police departments, Evergy, Meta, GM & Ford plants, trucking companies, commercial airlines, school districts, other healthcare facilities, landscaping crews and many others.

Full spectrum occupational care includes pre-employment testing, DOT physicals, treatment for acute injuries (splinting, suturing, etc.), immunizations, drug testing, agility testing, HPEs, FCEs, work hardening, Green Leaf evaluations, spirometry, PFTs, EKGs, respirator fit testing.
