In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my daughter and husband. I am a wellness enthusiast at heart, and I love going on outdoor walks, trying new recipes and doing yoga.

I have a steadfast commitment to holistic and patient-centered care. I believe it is my role to partner with each individual and integrate evidence-based medical care with active listening, empathy and education. I hope to empower my patients to be active participants in their own care. I understand patients place a profound level of trust in their practitioners, and I strive to honor that trust with the highest standards of care.
