Biography

I danced for 22 years, and I enjoy filling that passion with dance cardio fitness, barre and yoga classes. I also like to travel, play video games with my husband and hang out with our dog.

I seek to partner with my patients through evidence-based treatment approaches, so they may lead healthier and more fulfilling lives.

Area of Interest

My special interest is preventive care and obesity treatment. I want my patients to stay as healthy as possible for as long as possible. I work with my patients diagnosed with chronic illnesses, so they can achieve their optimal levels of health in spite of their diagnoses. Patients also can come see me for adolescent and teen health expertise, anxiety and depression treatment, diabetes management, family planning LGBT+-related care, obesity and weight loss management, preventive medicine, well-child checkups and women’s health care.
