Your Appointment
Let’s make the most of your visit. Before your first appointment, please have your referring physician forward your medical records. Try to arrive 30 minutes before your first appointment, so we can verify your information. For future visits, arrive 15 minutes early.

To each visit, please bring:
- A current, complete list of your medications
- Any applicable copay or co-insurance amounts
- Your insurance card

Prescription Refills
There are a few ways you can request a prescription refill:
- At your appointment - Tell your doctor if you’ll need a refill before your next visit.
- From the patient portal - Log in to myhealth patient portal. Under My Medications, select Renew to request a refill.
- Through your pharmacy or mail-order service - Call your pharmacy or mail-order service for refills, and they will contact us for approval.
For any refills, be sure to request them several days before you run out of medication. We respond to refill requests during business hours, so it’s helpful to plan ahead.
After-Hours Calls & Emergencies
For urgent medical care after business hours, call 816.453.4000 to reach our on-call doctor. They can help with health questions and concerns. Note that we do not call in medication refills on evenings and weekends.

To reduce the time spent at our office, print and fill out any necessary forms in advance. Bring them with you to your appointment.

Our office is located in the Medical Plaza building in Suite 600 on the North Kansas City Hospital campus. Parking is available in the nearby lot.
