If you've been sexually assaulted, it's important to seek immediate care. North Kansas City Hospital's Emergency Room can help. With Sane Solution's forensic nurse* on call 24/7, we're prepared to provide you with the treatment you need.

What to Expect

We offer forensic-medical exams for males and females age 14 and older. During an exam, we provide a comprehensive forensic assessment that includes evidence collection and documentation. We will provide prophylactic medications for common sexually transmitted infections and pregnancy and connect you with resources for psychological support and follow-up care. 

*The SANE (Sexual Assault Nurse Examiners) are used as expert witnesses in court.
