Dr. Cooper is my go to doctor. She listens to me and acknowledges what I'm experiencing with wisdom and encouragement. Very thankful for the attention she gives to my health needs.
Dr Cooper is VERY thorough & pays attention to your complaints & addresses your concerns. I would recommend her to any of my friends & relatives.
The BEST ever. The staff are so gracious and kind and patient Especially Hazel I really respect and appreciate Dr Coppers knowledge and the way she doesn't treat you like a five year old I'm blessed to have this health care team on my side
I love Dr. Cooper! She's always been super nice and inviting since first seeing her. I like how talking to her is easy and fun.
Always a positive experience
Just moved to the neighborhood and was looking for a new PCP and did I find one with Dr. Cooper! She listened to my concerns and gave excellent feedback. I’m very happy with my decision.
On time. Thorough. Actually concerned.
Dr Cooper is a kind and caring professional. She takes her time, asks questions, and responds to questions as well.
Good listener. Very empathetic. I highly recommend.
I adore her! Best bedside manner ever! Listens, gets to the root of the issue.
Dr. Cooper is very professional, yet very personable. She is very complete in her examination. Very thankful for Meritas' convenient location.
Everyone was concerned about my issues. Dr. Cooper was quick to take my blood for allergies that might be causing my problem, and gave me a shot that seems to be helping me at this time.
A very nice lady. Took her time , listened to my problem Nothing negative to say and I’m a very blunt person 🤓
Dr.Cooper is a very conscientious and thorough doctor. She always asks me questions and follows up on any past concerns. She is very kind and easy to talk with. It is obvious she cares about her patients. I trust her and appreciate the care she provides.
When I arrived at Meritas in Parkville, I checked in and found a comfortable place to sit in the large waiting room, but I wasn't there long. I was taken to a waiting room, where the nurse asked pertinent questions and checked my blood pressure, temperature and oxygen level. Dr. Cooper arrived 5 minutes later and knew just what to do about my problem, and she had suggestions for me, regarding avoiding problems in the future.
Dr. Copper takes her time to listen to you. Great doctor with great bed side manners.
Dr Cooper was awesome. She's not my normal doctor but did my telehealth call when I tested positive for COVID. She's very caring and empathetic and I felt listened to well taken care of.
Dr. Cooper always takes time to listen, and discuss your concerns and options. That is very important to establishing trust in your doctor.
Dr. Cooper is brilliant and compassionate. She always takes the time to listen to me, and explains her diagnosis and treatment thoroughly. I so respect her as my physician that when my insurance did not cover this office, I paid out of pocket to be able to continue to see her.
Excellent service.
doctor. Bridgett A Cooper is a very good doctor very nice, I will recommend her for friends and family anytime time anytime day
Dr. Cooper is very nice and willing to listen. Everyone seems to care about the patients.
Dr. Cooper has great patient care. She takes time to answer any and all questions without you feeling like your appointment is being rushed.
Dr. Cooper is absolutely amazing! She is very kind and thorough. She has changed my quality of life through her medical expertise.
I moved to KC from Omaha, Nebraska in Ddc. 2001. I have been a patient of Dr. Cooper's for the last 23 years . She is a very genuine kind hearted person. She takes her time to try and figure out what is going with you, and if she doesn't know she will definitely direct you in the right direction with a referral of a specialist that can. I feel that Dr. Cooper makes a connection with her patients. I really do appreciate Dr. Cooper.
Dr. Cooper Is very supportive and very knowledgeable. She is the best in every situation in her medical field.
They have always provided me with excellent care and service!
Dr. Cooper has been my primary care doctor since 2008. I appreciate that she allows me to ask questions and gives her recommendations and together we formulate a plan of care. It’s not just her telling me what to do. She truly practices patient centered care. She is also very calm and kind.
Dr. Cooper is thorough and incredibly sweet.
Treated me like a person, not a number.
My doctor was unavailable so scheduling made an appointment for me with Dr. Cooper. Dr. Cooper is excellent. She addressed my issue immediately. Dr. Cooper listens!! I am so very happy I got to see her. She gets an A+ from me!
This is not my regular doctor but I was extremely impressed by her thoroughness and care. She took time to read my medical history and she did not minimize my fears that the symptomology I was exhibiting could be a spread of my cancer. I am grateful for her excellent care.
I appreciate Dr. Cooper’s attentiveness and follow through with my health care.
Dr. Cooper is an amazing person & Doctor. She really cares for her patients. I highly recommend her.
Dr Cooper is by far the best doctor I’ve come in contact with. She listens and truly cares about how you feel. She, and her nurse Hazel, saved my life one day and I’m so grateful for them!
Very nice and very good at explaining about my health and what was hoong on.
I went to my first appointment with Dr. Cooper this week. I had high expectations coming from the private clinic at Cerner, and I was pleasantly surprised that the appointment was just as long and thorough as my appointments were at Cerner. Dr. Cooper, her nurse, and the entire staff were professional, caring, and thorough with getting me established as a new patient. All of my questions were answered, and Dr. Cooper helped me answer some questions.
Dr Cooper is very knowledgeable and compassionate. She is a doc that will listen to me about issues I am having and make recommendations in improving my day to day life. Both she and Hazel her nurse are very encouraging in their manner. Thanks to them both!
Dr. Cooper is an excellent physician! She really takes time to listen to my concerns and offers great advice! I’ll be referring her to my family and friends!
Dr. Cooper is the best dr. ever
RN hazel, and Dr. Cooper always take such very good care of me. I feel heard and they treat me wonderfully.
I always receive expert care and attention from Dr.Cooper, her nurse Shelly and her nurse Heather. They display genuine concern and compassionate care.I trust fully in the diagnosis as well as medical advice I receive from them and think they all deserve a raise!
Dr. Cooper is an excellent doctor: I never feel as though she is in a rush to end the appointment time, she's a good listener, makes practical suggestions for health improvement & shows appreciation when you do something that is positive, such as exercise, I feel assured that if I have a serious medical problem she'll come to my aid asap!
I was very excited to finally meet Dr. Cooper! She was everything I needed…even her nurse Hazel! I felt informed and like they will get to the bottom of my concerns after I left the office. I felt heard, seen, and not rushed. Thank you Dr. Cooper and Nurse Hazel!
Dr. Cooper and Hazel are both so nice and fun to be around. They take their time and really want to know what is going on. Sometimes my appointment is a little later then scheduled but I know that can't be helped. They want to make sure everyone is taken care of.
Love Dr. Cooper and appreciates the care she provides. I always feel better and think clearly about my health after our visits.
Dr. Cooper used to be my primary. Due to insurance that Dr. Cooper to not cover I had to make a change. I have this year changed to Humana which Dr. Cooper now accepts. I am so happy to be able to come back to her office. I know I made the right decision. Looking forward to be back to Dr. Cooper & her staff. Thank you
Dr. Cooper has been my primary care doctor for over 15 years. Despite the numerous patients I am sure she sees everyday, she remembers my issues and asks good questions each visit. I feel bad I haven't left her a review before, because I saw her rating wasn't 5 stars on here. She deserves and has earned 5 stars for many years.
Dr. Cooper is amazing, I feel very blessed to have her as my physician. Im new to this area and I’ve struggled finding a primary care provider whom I feel “at-home” with. 10/10!
Dr. Cooper is a kind and caring physician. She took time to listen to my concerns and work towards a plan for me.
Dr Cooper is fantastic !!
Dr. Cooper always takes the time to listen and never makes me feel like just a number. Very personable!!!
Visit was pleasant, we discussed my issue and she shows real care and concern for her patients. I didn’t feel rushed she takes time to listen and ask questions.
Caring and patient. Was very refreshing to see a doctor that seems to care.. 10/10
Very clean office, I am pleased with the care I get and very caring doctor.
Dr. Cooper is knowledgeable, courteous; and thorough. Love that she ask questions and feel she is vested in my health situation.
Dr Cooper takes the time to listen to my questions and concerns. She is thorough in everything she does and let's you know she cares. PS: Her nurse is awesome as well.
Dr. Cooper is a Great person ri have as my doctor.
Dr. Cooper has always been very responsive and takes the time to address concerns.
Friendly and thorough
The staff works to get you scheduled. Dr. Cooper is a wonderful doctor. She takes time to listen and talks over any issues you have. I highly recommend this practice.
I really don't understand this office. I've been to visit about 5 times and each time left without knowing exactly what my diagnosis was. It takes months to see the doctor (Cooper) and please don't expect them to call you back. Out of all seriousness if you truly care about your health stay away from this office. They really need to shut it down.
I switched to Dr Cooper about 18 months ago and I couldn't be happier with that decision. She always listens to my health concerns and gives me constructive feedback on treatment options. Each appointment ends with her recapping her treatment plan for me and noting any actions I need to take. She and her nurse are caring and thorough.
My experience with this physician and this office was not a positive one. The establish patient visit is not one visit- it feels like an attempt to collect additional co-pays and bill insurance. My physical concerns were not “listened” to or addressed. At the 6 mth mark you’re required to come back in order to get additional refills on certain medications although most prescriptions weren’t even written for 6 mths, I had to deal with the pharmacy and their office every single month just to get approval on refills. The communication from the office is horrendous. They are not proactively reaching out to you to let you know you need to be seen again if you want to continue your meds, you have to wait 4 or 5 days , call the pharmacy and then be told that the doctor never replied to their request for refill. Then you contact the office, listen to a scattered voicemail, leave a message and then someone finally reaches back out to you to say it’s a “rule” you have to be seen again. A “rule”? ...I looked it up and find no evidence of a “rule”. Again, probably another attempt to collect on insurance. Anyway, since my physical concerns were never even addressed, I decided to switch out completely. I found a doctor nearby who did a thorough and complete work up on the first (and only) establish new patient visit. He addressed my concerns, and my issues and I’m already feeling like my old self from 4-5 years ago. He also set me up with appropriate testing to rule out root causes. He didn’t just tell me to “drink more water “! I would suggest shopping around and do your research if you’re looking for a new physician in the Northland area.
Always listens, answers questions, never feel rushed in and out, great diagnostican
She is THE best. Kind and patient. Love her!!
I love Dr. Cooper. She takes the time to listen and ask questions. She's the best Doctor I've ever had.
I hadn't seen a primary physician ever and realized it was way beyond time to come in for a checkup. I must admit the apprehension that I had was unwarranted and this quickly became apparent once I met with Dr. Cooper and her staff.
She is always kind, compassionate and a great listener! Does not rush through the appointment and answers all questions and offers good, doable suggestions.
She's Awesome!!!!
Dr. Cooper is my primary physician. I can truly say she is one doctor that makes sure to know as much as possible about her patients. I have always had a fear of doctors. She makes me feel so comfortable.
From the first appointment, Dr. Cooper has been wonderful. She takes her time when she is with you and really digs to find out what is wrong. She is personable, funny and makes you very comfortable. I had an appointment with her after my sister died, and she was so caring and warm. I recommend her to every woman that I know who needs a real physician.
Very patient, thorough, engages you to participate in a healthier lifestyle.
Dr. Cooper was my primary care physician for about 10 years and i always appreciated the personal care and attention to detail she provided. I only switched to another personal care provider due to moving out of state; otherwise i'd still be seeing her.
Awful. I go to all the trouble to make an appointment. They attempt to send some New Patient packet in the mail. It doesn't get to me because they still have my address in their system wrong; I forget about the whole thing. I show up *only* seven minutes early for the appointment, and Dr. Cooper REFUSES to see me. I mean-- I understand a doctor's time is very valuable. But so is the patient's. This custom of REQUIRING a patient to spend 45 minutes to an hour filling out paperwork is outrageous. Common. But still outrageous.
Stay away. This is the most inept doctor and office staff I have experienced in 40+ years. They have no consideration for your time. Their soul focus is taking money from your pockets. • They do not answer the phone. If you want to make an appointment, you have to leave a message that will be returned later that day or the following day. On multiple occasions, I never received a call back. Waste of time. • They have no available appointments. I am sick this morning. We can get you in next Thurs
Took her time to properly explain my medical condition and treatment plan.
Horrible doctor. Left me with a you'll be okay when I was crying in her office telling her the antidepressants she prescribed weren't working. Never went back and found a great doctor!
