Supplier Information
Supplier Access
North Kansas City Hospital expects their suppliers and their representatives to uphold the same high standards of ethical behavior, integrity and professionalism that is required of its employees.
NKCH does not allow cold calling or surprise visits. All visits require an appointment with a specific caregiver or permission from Supply Chain Services to approach clinical personal.
Requirements
Sales representative registration is required of all suppliers who physically conduct business on any NKCH or Meritas Health campus. NKCH has recently moved all supplier representatives to the IntelliCentrics electronic badge system, Intellicentrics is a professional supplier credentialing system. All non-clinical and clinical healthcare industry representatives must create an account and have all requirements completed and approved by Intellicentrics before being allowed onsite at any NKCH or MH facilities.
All policy and procedure documents are included in the supplier tracking program. Supplier representatives must adhere to these policies or risk having privileges revoked.
