Biography
When away from the office, I enjoy watching sports on TV and playing sports, including golf and tennis; traveling; trying out new restaurants; spending time with my grandchild; and watercolor painting.

Surgery can be stressful for patients, and I endeavor to be a calming influence for my patients by putting them at ease and instilling confidence in my expertise.
Area of Interest
My special interest in Advanced Laparoscopic procedures including Robotic Surgery and single-site robotic surgery. ABDOMINAL SURGERY: Appendectomy (removal of appendix) Cholecystectomy (removal of the gallbladder) Colon surgery Splenectomy (removal of the spleen) Adrenalectomy (removal of adrenal gland) Stomach surgery including fundoplication, Central line access (Portacath®, Groshong®) Thyroid and Parathyroid surgery, Anal-rectal surgery (removal of hemorrhoids, fistulas, abscesses) HERNIA REPAIR (with laparoscopic options): Inguinal (groin area) Hiatal (stomach into chest cavity) Ventral/Incisional Umbilical BREAST SURGERY: Biopsy Lumpectomy (with nipple sparing and breast conservation) Mastectomy OFFICE PROCEDURES: Fine needle aspirations, lesion removal and I & D of abscesses.
