My husband Peter and I have a daughter. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, baking, hiking, board games and card games. I'm active in my church community. I love singing, especially jazz music! 

Care Philosophy

I always approach my patients and families with empathy and compassion, making sure they feel heard and their concerns are taken into account. My greatest joy is to help equip patients and their families with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions about their health care. My goal is to partner with patients and families to share in decision-making through open communication and developing a long-lasting and trusting relationship. 

Areas of Interest

My clinical interests include preventive health, newborn care, growth and development, nutrition, obesity management, sport/school physicals and well-child exams.
