In his spare time, Dr. Baughn likes spend time family who live locally, hiking, hunting and scuba diving.

Care Philosophy

I enjoy the work of being a hospitalist because I find it intellectually challenging. In this role where I will see some of the sickest of patients, I can can not only do well for them but I gain benefit by having had the experience of working with those patients. 

Area of Interest

As a hospitalist, Dr. Baughn coordinates all aspects of a patient's hospital stay, from hospital admission to discharge to follow-up appointments. He strives to keep her patients, their family members and their primary care doctors informed about treatment plans and progress. He also works closely with other specialists involved in patient care.
