Monica Stone
NKCH welcomes Monica Stone to the newly created position of vice president of Quality and Care Optimization. After providing NKCH with regulatory readiness and process improvement consultation services for the last three years, Stone officially joined the leadership team in December 2020.
With over 30 years of healthcare experience, Stone oversees the hospital’s quality and care coordination, including the Health Information, Care Coordination, Performance Improvement and Infection Prevention departments. She also manages the key processes of regulatory readiness and clinical data management. Her focus is on the design, implementation and standardization of processes across the continuum of care that directly affect patient outcomes and support organizational performance excellence.
Before joining NKCH, Stone served as president and CEO of the consulting firm Danu Performance Solutions.
