NKCH Expands Physician Relation Staff

NKCH welcomes Kristi Neff to Physician Relations. She joins Colleen Bardone as a physician liaison.

As physician liaisons, Bardone and Neff:

• Facilitate introductions and communications between referring physicians and specialty physicians
• Inform physicians of hospital procedures and services
• Onboard new physicians
• Assist in issue resolution

Neff has more than 15 years of experience in strategic healthcare management. She joined NKCH in 2017, previously serving as the hospital’s employer health representative and coordinator of Business Development and Corporate Sponsorships. Neff, who has a master’s degree in psychology from the University of Tennessee, also worked in various business development and marketing capacities at the University of Maryland Medical System, Metropolitan Chicago Healthcare Council, and the Memorial Health Care System, Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Bardone, who joined NKCH as a physician liaison in 2015, has a 20-year background in healthcare as a hospice liaison and pharmaceutical representative. She earned her bachelor’s degree in communications, cum laude, from Rockhurst University.
