Join Community Health & Wellness for a free health screening at North Kansas City YMCA. We will be offering screenings for blood pressure, fasting cholesterol and blood sugar. Fasting for 8 hours preferred. Total Weight Loss Center will be available for questions. Pre-registration is available, walk-ups are welcome. Optional A1C testing is available for $10.Additional dates
