Community Sponsorships

Through our community sponsorships, we are dedicated to improving the health and well-being of those we serve. Each year, we receive many requests to support various community groups and organizations. Our goal is to match our limited funds with our community health needs.

Our sponsorship requests are reviewed on an annual basis. The application window for funding between July 1, 2024 and June 30, 2025 has closed. Please check back in Spring 2025 to apply for sponsorship in the next fiscal year. Thank you!
