Community Sponsorships

Through our community sponsorships, we are dedicated to improving the health and well-being of those we serve. Each year, we receive many requests to support various community groups and organizations. Our goal is to match our limited funds with the priorities identified in our Community Health Needs Assessment.

To be considered for sponsorship support, please use the online application form below. We review applications for sponsorship support on an annual basis. Applications for funding between July 1, 2025 and June 30, 2026 must be submitted prior to June 30, 2025 for consideration. Any submissions received after June 30, 2025 will be considered in the next fiscal year. This process helps ensure all applications are evaluated equally, fulfill our strategic objectives, and align with our current budget.

Please note: Sponsorships will only be awarded to non-profit, tax-exempt organizations that align with our mission and provide services in our primary and/or secondary service areas (Clay, Platte, Ray, Jackson, Caldwell, Carroll and Clinton counties). Applications submitted on behalf of school districts and their associated education foundations will be considered, but contributions to individual schools or school-sponsored clubs, teams, or fundraisers will not be considered. Additionally, we are unable to contribute to recreational organizations or personal fundraising campaigns for charitable causes.
