HIPAA has strict parameters around the release of patient information. As such, we are only able to issue a one-word condition report if:

• You have the patient’s full first and last name

Without this information, no information can be disclosed. Under certain circumstances, we have the right to withhold information to protect patient privacy and safety.

Information about minors cannot be released without the signed permission of a guardian.

If you wish to conduct an on-campus interview or capture footage of any type, you must receive permission from the on-call media contact before your arrival. Without prior authorization, security will ask you to leave campus.  

During your time on campus, you must always be escorted by the on-call media representative.
